Seller note:

Incredible! This is a solid cruising boat where the present owner has spent over $400,000 in upgrades and refurbishment over the last few years.
The boat was being prepared for the owner to take his family on a ten year cruise. Now a change of plans allows you the opportunity to benefit from all the hours and dollars spent on preparation!
Initial remarks
It is impressive how much attention has been paid during the refurbishment of this classic cruising yacht. While many of her sister ships await a major overhaul The Kraken has had countless hours of time and hundreds of thousands of dollars spent on her upgrade. While it would be imprudent to suggest there was nothing left to do aboard this boat, it is fair to say that all significant items have been dealt with and the boat is now in really good condition. If you continue to read these specs you will realize just how much has been undertaken.
And now, because of a change in the owners plans, you have the opportunity to acquire a great cruising boat at a fraction of the cost of a similar boat plus necessary upgrades!
Note: Virtually all upgrades took place between 2006 and 2009. Where the installed year is known it is stated. All other equipment described as new was installed new between 2006 and 2009.
